LEGO Finally Unveils New One Piece LEGO sets

Ranging from new BrickHeadz to a 3,402 piece rendition of The Baratie Floating Restaurant – The LEGO Group has finally given fans an official view of the new LEGO One Piece sets.

The LEGO Group is releasing seven new sets based on Netflix’s live-action One Piece show. They’ve done a great job at including lots of the famous characters and locations from season one of the show!

The sets are available to pre-order now, with shipping from 1st August 2025.

75636 Windmill Village Hut – £24.99 / $29.99 / €29,99

Starting off with the smallest of the new LEGO One Piece sets is 75636 Windmill Village Hut. Containing 299 pieces and 3 minifigures – this set is a makes a great gift.

The minifigures included are Luffy, Shanks, and Makino. Three great choices and its good to see

Those with good eyes will spot the “1 Random Wanted Poster included” on the box. It appears the LEGO Group is taking a leaf out of LEGO Harry Potter, when it comes to the new One Piece sets.

75637 – Buggy The Clown’s Circus Tent – £44.99 / $54.99 / €49,99

Coming in at 573 pieces and 4 minifigures is 75637 Buggy the Clown’s Circus Tent. This play-scale build recreates Buggy the crazy clown’s tent – including the sea water tank used to try and capture Luffy.

The minifigures included are Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Buggy the Clown. The set also comes with a host of accessories including Zoro’s three swords, one of which, can be placed under the minifigure head so it appears in Zoro’s mouth. Very accurate!

75638 – Battle at Arlong Park – £74.99 / $79.99 / €79,99

Moving up in scale, and to a different location, is 75638 Battle at Arlong Park. This 926 piece set recreates the famous showdown between Luffy and Arlong the fishman.

And yes, your eyes aren’t deceiving you – the Luffy minifigure comes with arm-lengthening elements which, from the pictures, appear to be flexible!

Alongside Luffy, the set comes with Nami, Usopp, Arlong, and Chu minifigures – for a total of 5 minifigures. It’s a little disappointing that Arlong doesn’t have a custom moulded head as his swordfish-nose is a key aspect of his character.

75639 – The Going Merry Pirate Ship – £119.99 / $139.99 / €129,99

No One Piece collection is complete without a rendition of The Going Merry – The Straw Hat Pirate’s iconic ship!
This 1,376 piece rendition faithfully recreates the ship in all its glory, including new printed sail and flag pieces.

75639 The Going Merry Pirate Ship comes with all five of the season one Straw Hat Pirates. The minifigures include Luffy (with his straw hat), Zoro, Nami, Usopp, and Sanji.
Its great that the LEGO Group have included a set with all the main cast. This set will definitely be a must-have for many fans and collectors.

The ship also features several of the crew’s interior spaces including: a crew’s cabin, kitchen, storage, and an accessory workshop. The ship even has Nami’s tangerine trees growing on the back!

75640 – The Baratie Floating Restaurant – £259.99 / $329.99 / €299,99

75640 The Baratie Floating Restaurant is definitely the showstopper One Piece build! This 3,402 piece monster comes with 10 iconic minifigures and sports LEGO’s 18+ dark box aesthetic.

Once fully built the set measures over 35cm (14 in.) high, and 54cm (21.5 in.) wide!

The set is packed full of minifigures including: Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Zeff, Garp, Helmeppo, Koby and Mihawk.

75640 The Baratie Floating Restaurant is designed in a ‘doll-house’ style with an open back. The set designers have managed to stuff the build full of details including a kitchen, dining areas, Zeff’s quarters and a treasure room.
They even had enough bricks left over to build Mihawk’s distinctive small boat.

40799 – Monkey D. Luffy Figure (BrickHeadz) – £9.99 / $9.99 / €9,99

Alongside the other One Piece LEGO sets are two new BrickHeadz sets. 40799 Monkey D. Luffy Figure does what it says on the tin.

This 136 piece set builds the famous Straw Hat Pirate – Monkey D. Luffy. The build incorporates printed elements from Luffy’s red shirt to his iconic scar.

40800 – Buggy the Clown Figure (BrickHeadz) – £9.99 / $9.99 / €9,99

Also releasing alongside the Luffy BrickHeadz is 40800 Buggy the Clown Figure. Using slightly more pieces, at 176 pieces, this set faithfully recreates Pirate Captain Buggy the Clown.

The printed elements do a good job conveying detail whilst the red nose makes this build instantly recognisable as Buggy!

Overall there are seven new One Piece themed sets shipping from 1st August 2025. They’re all available to pre-order now on the LEGO website.
