LEGO Unveils Two New Botanical Sets for August

The LEGO Group is continuing its trend of showcasing new August-2025 releases with two new LEGO Botanicals themed sets. These mid-range sets include a standalone LEGO Hibiscus build and a trio of cute mini Bonsai Trees!

10372 – Hibiscus – £59.99 / $69.99 / €69,99

First up is 10372 Hibiscus. This set clocks in at 660 pieces and builds a medium sized set – standing over 36 cm (14 in.) high.

The set designers have done a great job at capturing the hibiscus’ colourful foliage. The lilac shell pieces not only match the colour perfectly – their 3D mould also fit the hibiscus’ wide, creased petals.

The LEGO Group have provided a handy size comparison (above). 10372 Hibiscus is roughly the same size as 2022’s 10311 Orchid. The price of £59.99 has increased versus Orchid’s £44.99.
Despite the increase in pieces (660 vs 608) the price per piece has also increased with 10372 Hibiscus coming in at 9.1p/10.6c versus 10311 Orchid’s 7.4p/8.2c.

10373 – Mini Bonsai Trees – £54.99 / $64.99 / €59,99

Bonsai lovers rejoice! The LEGO Group’s August wave will also feature a new LEGO Botanical Bonsai set.

10373 Mini Bonsai Trees creates a trio of cute bonsai trees using 709 pieces. The trees feature fairly non-descript pots (which is a little disappointing). However, the set also build two great looking decorative stands.

The default trees are a Ginkgo tree (yellow leaves), a Black Pine tree (green needles), and a flowering Wisteria tree (hanging lilac flowers).

However if the default trees aren’t to your liking, don’t worry. The tree foliage and decorative stands are removable allowing you to mix and match. With three trunk options, three foliage options, and three stand options – there’s a lot of possible combinations.

10373 Mini Bonsai Trees joins the LEGO Group’s two previous bonsai entries: 10281 Bonsai Tree (left) and 10348 Japanese Red Maple Bonsai Tree (middle).
