New LEGO One Piece Season 2 Sets Officially Released

LEGO One Piece Season 2 New Sets

One Piece season 2 was released on Netflix back on the 10th March 2026. Since then fans have been waiting for any mention from LEGO on whether there would be new sets based on season 2. Thankfully, the wait is over as LEGO have officially announced six new LEGO One Piece sets all based on Netflix’s latest One Piece season.

Psst. See the Season 1 sets here

75641 – Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout – £24.99 / $29.99 / €29,99

Coming in at 271 pieces and including 3 minifigures, Dr. Hiriluk’s hideout is the first new LEGO One Piece set. The build faithfully recreates Hiriluk’s home, and is full of objects from the show. Hiriluk’s pirate flag is prouldly displayed on the wall alongside medical posters and equipment.

75641 – Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout is the cheapest new set coming in at £24.99 / $29.99 / €29,99.

Fans will be especially happy to finally get a Tony Tony chopper minifigure. Also included are Dr. Hiriluk and Dr. Kureha.

75642 – Showdown with Captain Smoker – £54.99 / $69.99 / €59,99

Captain Smoker gets the LEGO treatment in 75642 Showdown with Captain Smoker. This 547 piece set comes with 4 minifigures including Luffy, Sanji, Dragon, and Captain Smoker.

The set is a small Loguetown diorama and builds a Marine recruitment centre, market stall, and katana store. Also incuded as a side build is Captain Smoker’s motorcycle.

75643 – Tony Tony Chopper – £59.99 / $69.99 / €69,99

Also included in the wave of releases is an adorable brick-built Tony Tony Chopper. 75643 – Tony Tony Chopper is built with 577 pieces but no minifigures.

Despite the lack of minifigures Chopper comes with a host of accessories. Included is his iconic blue backpack, medical book, and medical equipment. Once fully build Chopper stands 20cm (8 in.) high. Overall, I think the designers have done a great job on Chopper as brick-built characters can be difficult to pull-off. The model is well proportioned and looks accurate to the show.

75644 – Dorry vs. Brogy Giants of Little Garden – £69.99 / $79.99 / €79,99

Next we have the legendary, lovable giants – Dorry and Brogy. This set captures the straw hat pirate’s battle against Baroque Works. The play set comes with 733 pieces and includes a whole host of characters. Dorry and Brogy are recreated in brick-built glory. Mr. 13, Zoro, Mr. 3, Miss Goldenweek, and Usopp get the minifigure treatment. The set even includes the vulture Miss Friday.

The set clearly feels like a play set with the amount of minifigures and the poseable giants. However, the £69.99 / $79.99 / €79,99 price tag seems a little steep.
Perhaps it would have been better to offer the giants seperately as ‘mech’ like builds. This is something that’s done in the Star Wars theme and is quite popular. Dorry and Brogy could have been sold for around £12.99 each. This would leave the designers to create a more well rounded Straw Hat Pirates vs Baroque Works set.

75645 – Battle at Drum Castle – £89.99 / $109.99 / €99,99

One of the titular scenes, in the new Netflix One Piece season, is the battle at Drum castle. Fans aiming to recreate this scene should look no further than 75645 – Battle at Drum Castle.

This 1,038 piece set comes with 6 minifigures and builds everything you need to take down the tyrannical King Wapol. Additionally, the castle is built in a doll house style. I think this adds to the playability of the set and offers good display value.

The minifigures included are: Luffy, Nami, Sanji, Chopper, Vivi, and King Wapol. I think King Wapol looks great and is very close to the show. It’s also great to see variation within the Straw Hat Pirates clothing.

75646 – Garp’s Marine Battleship – £159.99 / $179.99 / €169,99

Last but certainly not least is 75646 – Garp’s Marine Battleship. I think it’s great that we’re seeing another ship build to go alongside the Going Merry from season 1.

The 1,705 piece set comes with 8 minifigures and builds Vice Admiral Garp’s iconic battleship. Also included are some smaller side builds. Whilst the battleship is clearly the main attraction, the line-up of included characters is also great. Included is Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Miss All Sunday, Koby, Helmeppo, Tashigi, and of course, Vice Admiral Garp.

The battleship has lots of interactive and removable elements including a fully build interior. The ship stands an impressive 39cm (15.5 in.) high and 44cm (17.5 in.) long!

All of the LEGO One Piece season 2 sets are available to pre-order now. They’re expected to ship from 1st August 2026
